The piece TapeThing II, a mobile and variable instrument, is designed for sound performances and interactive installations. The experimental instrument enables the generation, recording and playback of new sounds. TD II is made of mechanical and electronic devices like microphones, speaker, mini sampler, a scratcher, and the visual tools of a children’s cassette recorder.
